Don't count on the Express lane for oil changes. They overbook the appointments and you are stuck until all of the appointments are done regardless of the so called Express Lane where you don't need an appointment. After 25 plus years my businesses goes elsewhere.

So we get this "free oil change" certificate from Bud Clary Toyota for our Truck, yeah don't be fooled! Nothing is ever free! Free is $0, not $169!!! They get ya by saying, as a courtesy we checked this, and that, and we found it needed to be replaced. Yeah whatever....never again! Sorry, Bud Clary for the poor review, but this is the second time you guys have tried to get more money out of us! The first time was 2 months after we bought our truck from you - you tried to tell us it needed a "tune up" - really 2 months after ... read more

However your husband did approve the additional work before it was performed. We are obligated to inform ALL customers of “recommended” services.
