The dealer was doing prepaid service on our car and they gave our key fob and records to another patron. Our car is now unusable sitting at the dealership. I will have to drive to yakima to get the car form 45 miles away. In the mean time my wife is stranded at the dealership. No explanation as to how this could possible happen. If there was zero star option I would use it.

Brought in my 2013 RAV4 for regular maintenance. Was met by a friendly customer service rep in the bay and then I was walked through the process by a service specialist. The maintenance was completed in less time than I thought it would take!

Scott, Tyler, Sergio and Derek were all fantastic! Traded in my 2011 Tundra for a new 2018 Tundra. This is now my 3rd Tundra and I am loving it. Bud Clary Toyota is a great place to buy a vehicle. No high pressure tactics and they really work hard for your business. Lowell in the service department is awesome as well!
