Service department is way to slow, truck oil change was completed and my truck sat in parking lot for it 40 minutes to get paperwork. I got tiered of waiting, talked to Lowell He told me well you showed up 1/2 early and but we got you done prior to promised time.

You should put gas in your cars no after use or new never let anyone leave on empty tank like they did on my 79 year old mother made us wait for 2 hour to do paperwork and to clean car and gas up get paper work done and no clean car or gas wasted 2 hour for what and when I complain then say give me detail my mom car and drop it off on Sunday pick it up on Tuesday why would it go with out a car 3 day when detail don’t take 3 days
