We had the check engine light come on in our 2011 Tundra and after checking the code and some research I found it was a common problem among this gen of Toyotas and an extended warranty had been offered. However, since our vehicle is a Canadian import, I was told by Toyota US and Canada it would not be covered under the warranty in the US and the repair would be around $3000! Service has been the worst in years. Service advisor arguing with customer. Charging different price than quoted, scheduling appointment for wrong date.
used their collision center. 3 months later....still cant get my vehicle fixed correctly. been ghosted by the manager and the general manager.
