After 12 years of buying 2 new Sienna vans and having all of their service at this dealership, we have left them. Why? Greed in the service department. We recently took our 2019 Sienna in for a transmission service, quoted at $500. When we picked it up, they had charged $64 for 'shop supplies'. I objected but the service advisor did not budge.
