Jeremy was really helpful, liked through inventory for the vehicle that matched interest. Mike helped on the phone with internet trade in value. Overall easy experience to get a new Tacoma.
Jeremy was so incredibly helpful! He helped me put a deposit on my car, answered all of my questions, and was very kind and created a comfortable environment.
I have yet to receive my plates, paper ones are expired by more than a week with no follow up from the dealership. After being sold a car that has many pre existing problems, given the runaround constantly, and now not even being able to drive the car (again) I have put so much money into because people at this dealership can't figure out how to do their jobs in a timely manner. The best service I have ever had. Tony was spectacular and very transparent on everything. Had a transmission service and they found something that needed to be fixed. I had it under warranty so he let me know and took care of it. The past service guys I dealt with were sub-par. This man is legit!!! Thank you Tony!
My temporary plates have expired and I still haven't received my plates. I tried to call and was met with rude customer service, passing me around to different departments (as usual) then finally being told that I need to contact my finance company. After speaking to my finance company they said they have sent the information over to the dealership and that everything should be there.
