Shady in the finance room and questionable inspection procedures, was told that the service contract aka extended warranty I chose would cover everything under the hood. I bought the car July 2nd of this year, Bud Clary offered their 3 month or 3000 mile limited warranty, well about 3 days after the 3rd month and less than 3000 miles later, check engine light comes on. 10/22:Tried to buy a used jeep. But can't because they won't accept usaa loans as they push their backup contract... all disabled combat veterans should avoid this dealership. 10/29: filed complaint with credit card company because dealer has not refunded $1k to hold vehicle. Next step will be filing complaint with wa state attorney General office.
Purchased my first new car here back in 2019 and been coming here for maintenance services, they always do a good job with explaining recommended servicing and answering any questions we may have (Max S.) We've had my 2019 C-HR for a few years now and have been good about taking care of it, which totally paid off! The sales person that helped me was Jorge. I tell you it was an amazing experience. He listened and even though I was prepared to look at a bunch of different places the next day (I was there on a Friday after a long but good day at work). We looked at a few trucks first and then a Camry (which was the car I was replacing).
