Just bought my 3rd vehicle from Bryan Chevy and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
Best service I have ever had. Had my truck towed in and my advisor called me the minute it showed up at the dealership. Gave me accurate quotes and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire repair. She called me when it was complete and when I got to the dealership the price was spot on (even took care of a recall I didn't know about) if I could give 100 stars I would. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!
Bryan has always been a family-friendly dealership. I will continue purchasing vehicles and having service work done at Bryan as long as the past and present sales and service reputation continues in the future.
This is the place I came to with two flat tires and a favor to ask. I ended up spending the entire night there working on my bike fixing tires. Thanks to all for their support! I even managed to get a little sleep right there too. Many thanks to my friends in law enforcement for keeping an eye on me. The people are great at Bryan very nice and friendly. My only negative comment I can say was. My car sat for 1 hour before taken to the back for an oil change. I had an appointment for 9:00am. So my total wait time was 2 hours for my car. I had no one to bring me back to Bryan so I had to wait for it.
So far very poor experience. Dropped w/overnight drop off. It's now 320pm and have heard nothing. Spoke w/someone this am Said they hadn't looked at it yet (1130am) but would call. I didn't ask if it would be today that they call back. Called again & left voice mail. Is this any way to run a business? Thx for letting me vent.
On 11/2, I made an appointment to have my car repaired for 2 recalls. On 11/9, I was at the service center to drop off my car right at 7:30 in the morning. I was told that because of the extent of the work, I may not get my car back until the next day (today). At 10:30 this morning, I called to check on the repair and was told that it hadn't been looked at yet and another person stated how they would call be back in 15 minutes.
