My vehicle has been there for 6 weeks right now. They haven’t diagnosed it yet. Pulled the transfer case out 3 weeks ago. I’ve been told they’ve been looking at the transfer case for a week now but still haven’t found the problem yet. Whenever I call it’s almost impossibly to get someone to pick up. Maybe this will help speed things up.

I never expected when I went to look at the vehicle it was going home the same day! Received a notice from Sara that Bryan was interested in my car. I called & spoke with her about my situation. A week later I filled out an application and Joseph C. from Used Cars called me. The low interest rate & 0 money down was just to unbelievable. I went just to view the vehicle. Said to myself I'd be back on Saturday. Left same day with a NEW USED vehicle!
Service dept is awesome.... I brought my brand new 2017 Taverse in due to my moonroof leaking and at 1st they was not going to be able to look at it due to other cars being ahead of me, but it was storming really bad that day and they made an exception and pulled my vehicle around back and spent couple hours on fixing the problem... the service manager (I didn't catch his name) and the service writer Jeffrey Delange was really really nice and helpful.
