good service. but my all my change was stolen out my truck. the dude left like 8 nickels to try to hide it.
Drove an hour and half to look at a car. Tried to get financed through them but ended up calling my bank and getting a way better deal. Bank said it was overpriced and days later the dealership finally came down on price. Finally got the bill of sale done and let them know a check was being overnighted just for them to say they already sold it to someone with cash and they didn’t even let us know! They use to have a great service department. Now every time I take my car in for one thing, they end up screwing up something else. I took it in today because of a recall on the software. Now my backup camera doesn't work. I am highly pissed.
I purchased a brand new car and in less than 2 months it went into the shop! Has been in for the same issue 6 times over a 5 month period! Upper management (one person in partucular) was very rude and unprofessional! I wonder, is this how they treat new customers?? Was told to go to another dealership as they could not do anything else for me! As I am going through my late mother’s finances, I discovered that two months before she passed away she purchased a vehicle from Bryan Chevy used cars and boy did they see her coming. They sold her a vehicle with a KBB averaged trade in value of $13,904. By the time they were finished with her she had financed $26,520.48 for 6 years at 10.89%. I Have my new 17 Malibu in there for 2 months 4 different times for a major water leak that is not fixed properly car stinks so bad make me want to vomit . They claim the water leak is fix but after the hard rain last Saturday I heard woosh woosh in the a/c box which mean that water is still getting in .
