I brought my Chevy Cruz in today to the service department. They were very busy and I just stopped in because my blinker light had popped out on my trip down from Alexandria. I had asked the gentleman if he could just fix it temporarily so that I could get it fixed when I got back home. Clarance was so nice he fixed it for me right then. I am currently sitting in Bryan Chevrolet. I walked in totally stressed out about my vehicle needing service. I can not tell you how grateful and amazed that I encountered Robin who works in the service department! They say that customer service is dead, but I want to tell you it's NOT. Robin went above and beyond her call of duty to make sure I got the best service and price within my warranty. We purchased a used car from there, the day after we brought it home it poured out all of the on my driveway. Brought car back to dealer, was told filter was not put on correctly-\-\they fixed it within 12 hours. Car still under warranty. 3 weeks later, seat will not move forward and vehicle is leaking oil and dripping water ( a.c?) on inside floor board. Called Bryan-\-\scheduled appointment to bring it in 3 days later. After 3 days-\-\called for status, car still not looked at-\-\no loaners. Was told it would be looked at ... read more

Worst car buying experience ever. Bought a certified preowned 2017 Chevrolet Sonic with 2600 miles. I later found out the car was previously wrecked and not repaired. The staff at Bryan were horrible to deal with. They just kept passing me off to different people promising some options to resolve the situation. I finally got an option when I started dealing with the owner.
