Excellent parts department! Came here to get a spare key made and programmed after getting the run around at Best Chevrolet! Didn't try to take advantage of me and put my truck in the shop for no reason and had my key ready and working in ten minutes flat! Going to Bryan Chevy for now on!
They took advantage of my daughter-in-law who brought her vehicle in for a recall part! They charged her $100.00 and still did not fix the recall! The money is for the diagnostic test they ran!! She signed the paper stating the The check engine light was on like they asked her. Yes it was on because of the RECALL!!!Then She received a letter in the mail about the recall... We have received the WOREST service ever from this service department. We have a Volt, we love this car, it was brought in for updates and maintenance last Thursday. We picked the car up on Friday and had no problems until Wednesday July 21, of this week when it wouldn't start after I left work. It took a call to the Volt Center in Detroit to get it running again. We immediately took it back to the service center to find out what happened. For 2 days they did nothing to our car.
