Brought in for a recall. I made an appointment and they where done in 10 minutes. I was extremely happy.
I appreciate Bryan Chevrolet providing a courtesy vehicle while getting to the bottom of my Volt's diagnosis and repair. These battery/electric cars are still providing a learning curve to the dealership but they resolved the issue.
No service at all. Brought my car in for a n evaluation; left it overnight and when I called back was told they were behind in their work and might not see it until Monday. I told them it was unacceptable and picked it up today. Never going there again. I will say that the driver who took me to my office was a gentlemen.

Within 2 hours of taking delivery of a vehicle from their used car lot, the A/C goes completely out. Estimate for repair is between $1,400 -$1,700. I call dealership and get no reply! Am ready to drop this thing off in their front door!!!

After browsing Bryan's inventory online, we found a 2016 Tahoe online that we wanted to buy. I spoke to Joe Grego over the phone and he assured me that we could handle everything via the phone/email. This was super convenient considering we lived over 3 hours from the dealership! The whole process went very smooth and quickly!
