Joe Grego was fantastic. Friendly, accommodating, worked closely with me and made me a very happy customer. The whole process was painless and enjoyable. And at the end, Tony in Financing made sure it all came together. I'm beyond happy with my new car, and with my service from Bryan.
Very easy to do business with the sales team. Sales associate Sara Crepel took care of everything over the phone with me. I saw the SS one day, had a quote the next day, test drove, then signed paperwork 2 days later. Because of my hectic work schedule I was rushed to make the deal, very happy with everything about my new car purchase!
Found a 2015 LT Tahoe on their website, tried dealing over the phone because I'm 4 hours away, I have been dealing with a local dealership but the Tahoe you guys have had bucket seats, which I would like. After giving information on my trade in this morning, they told me they would call me back, 5 hours later I had to call them back, was told that they can't give me a higher payoff on my car without seeing it, and that they couldn't get the Tahoe price where I wanted it, sorry. Found a truck we really liked. Salesman told us checking for one in other location. He would have here in two days. Never heard from him again. We went and bought a Toyota instead!
