Good food, really nice staff & atmosphere .
The atmosphere was better than the food. Three of us ordered the filet and the fourth person in our group ordered the ribs. The steaks looked amazing but we were disappointed in the taste. There was not much taste to them at all. A great steak should taste great on its own without adding any steak sauce. This was not the case. The ribs were pretty good though. Brookwood Grill is always such a delight. The food is fresh flavorful and delightful. You can always have a wonderful conversation at dinner. The atmosphere is quite comfortable.
We visited Brookwood today for a late lunch and ordered the Crispy Fish Sandwich and Avocado chicken sandwich. While the fish sandwich was enormous, it was dry, served with too little tartar sauce and a fast food tomato slice that had to be set aside. The avocado chicken was much better, though served with fries that were undercooked and lukewarm. Service and ambiance were excellent, sadly the food was not.
