RecommendedJust leased a new Explorer from Broadway & was super happy with the experience from start to finish! Working with Gary Hansen was a great & no hassle experience. I really appreciated his approach; he wasn't pushy & we felt that he let the car sell itself instead of trying to pressure us into signing right away (like we had experienced at another dealership in the area). The whole process was quick, easy & we got a great deal. I highly recommend Broadway to those in the market for a new Ford.

Service department is poor. I bought my car there new and have had nearly all service over 110,000 miles of that vehicle done here. They have disappointed me several times! They have inappropriately and inconsistently reported other maintenance issue on my car that were untrue, or at least confusing. 1 oil change they say the brakes need service, the next oil change (5000 miles ) they don't say anything. Had my Escape in there twice for mouse damage. Both Josh and the Mechanic on this last trip were very helpful as to what my options were. They were understanding concerning my frustration with Ford and the poor engineering of the Blower rodent protection. Not impressed with Ford. Very impressed with how Josh and the Mechanic handled the situation. At least THEY got it right!!
Had a great experience yesterday trading in my Ford Escape for a Chevy Tahoe. We worked with Mike in Sales and Bill for the Finance portion. All on staff were very nice and helpful! This is my 3rd vehicle in about 15 years I’ve gotten from Broadway and have had nothing but excellent service each time!!
