I have dealt with Broadway Automotive in the past. I am currently in my second lease with them and I have had nothing but problems with the current 2017 Chev Malibu. I contacted them on Monday 12/4 and was told I would get a call back either that day or the next to set up an appointment to have them look at it. I still haven’t received a call. The customer service at this dealership is beyond unacceptable!
Service was prompt and courteous. Have had 10 consecutive services done here and will continue to do so. Thanks for a job well done.

I recently bought a new Raptor from Broadway. Got the best deal in town and the transaction was fast. The sales staff and management at Broadway are the best in Green Bay!
The service was completed on time as promised with a thorough vehicle check providing confidence everything was in top mechanical condition. The technician was friendly and helpful and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.
I called service about my used vehicle that I have purchased 2 months ago now my battery is weak and ubable to sart the car. When asked about the warranty that came with their used vehicles I was told I had to pay a $200 deductible that was never disclosed to me. The service advisor that help wasn't listening to me at all when I told him I can jump the vehicle and be able to drive it to the shop instead insisted that I tow it in at my own cost when from the begining I told him that I would be able to start it if jumped it.
