You don't make a loyal customer wait over two hours for an oil change. We will not be coming back.

Just leased a new Explorer from Broadway & was super happy with the experience from start to finish! Working with Gary Hansen was a great & no hassle experience. I really appreciated his approach; he wasn't pushy & we felt that he let the car sell itself instead of trying to pressure us into signing right away (like we had experienced at another dealership in the area). The whole process was quick, easy & we got a great deal. I highly recommend Broadway to those in the market for a new Ford.

Everything went smooth and they were able to get my truck detailed. Excellent service.
Service department is poor. I bought my car there new and have had nearly all service over 110,000 miles of that vehicle done here. They have disappointed me several times! They have inappropriately and inconsistently reported other maintenance issue on my car that were untrue, or at least confusing. 1 oil change they say the brakes need service, the next oil change (5000 miles ) they don't say anything.
