Worst and stupid service you won't even imagine. Totally unprofessional and won't even response to your queries once they sold a car to you. I've been waiting for last 1 month & I haven't get anything from them. They sold a car with unstable condition without mentioning that on title. Had to spend a lot after I bought this car. I have no fucking idea what to say & how to say. BUT, please. NEVER, EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. THEY'LL RUINED YOUR LIFE COMPLETELY.
I always have a great experience at Broadway, from leasing my 2015 Ford Fusion to having the maintenance done to now purchasing my vehicle. All the people in sales, the service writers, technicians and finance people are wonderful. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The receptionists who answer the phones always sound cheerful. I had my first oil change on my Ford Escape. Drove in without an appointment and was taken in immediately. All aspects of the service including the wait time were excellent. I had a discount for service in the mail and Josh took care of that for me. I was pleased with the overall courtesy and quality manner that Josh provide for me. Bought a 2004 Prius at the Broadway auto credit. Paid $3,000 too much for the vehicle. They said, cos they are taking a risk with my credit. Then charged me 24% interest on top of that. Not too appreciative of that either. Granted I have a vehicle I can drive, But talk about fucking me up the ass?
My apt. For oil change and to have new tires put on my car went great as always.Kassandra at Ford on Military was very nice to deal with and got me the best price on my new tires.
