I have dealt with Broadway Automotive in the past. I am currently in my second lease with them and I have had nothing but problems with the current 2017 Chev Malibu. I contacted them on Monday 12/4 and was told I would get a call back either that day or the next to set up an appointment to have them look at it. I still haven’t received a call. The customer service at this dealership is beyond unacceptable!

I called service about my used vehicle that I have purchased 2 months ago now my battery is weak and ubable to sart the car. When asked about the warranty that came with their used vehicles I was told I had to pay a $200 deductible that was never disclosed to me. The service advisor that help wasn't listening to me at all when I told him I can jump the vehicle and be able to drive it to the shop instead insisted that I tow it in at my own cost when from the begining I told him that I would be able to start it if jumped it.
Their service department is shady, unprofessional and the shop itself is a mess. We took our driveable truck in for a routine spark plug change and we ended up having it towed, after they broke it, to Dorsch Ford. Broadway wanted to charge us at least $3700 to retrieve the piece they dropped into the cylinder by removing the heads and Dorsch was able to retrieve the piece with the engine intact!!! SNAKES!!!!
