Have a great service department. However the sales department is terrible. Shows vehicles outside of you budget misleads you about payments, pulls credit knowing the vehicle is outside you budget to try to pressure you into buying. Would not recommend
RecommendedThe sales team was very good, Phill was with 2 other costumers and took care of me as I was his number one person. There was NO pressor sales. and Let me ask anything about my new F150. The price I thought was very fair. He explained all options on the truck that I could understand. And even had a full tank of gas.
RecommendedWe had a great experience purchasing our vehicle. Our salesman Mark was awesome, he was kind, friendly, informative, and truly seemed to care about us. He followed up with us throughout the week between when we test drove the vehicle and when we actually made the decision to purchase. His calls were appreciated however never did we feel pressured by Mark.

Terrible customer service experience the last two times. Was told by the service technician Chad today that it would be a 45-60 minute wait for an oil change. After an hour and 45 minutes I asked the front desk if they could check on my vehicle and she said they were busy and that’s a normal time to wait. She rudely told me to go talk to the technician. Drove 120 miles to buy a part, only to find out when we delivered to the auto body shop that the wrong part was in the box! Ruined the day for a lot of people!
Terrible experience from start to now. Rude sales guy who happened to be a managers kid tried telling us we probably couldn’t afford one of them anyway, issues with the car, no follow up, ran my credit 10 diff times instead of just through Ford like we agreed and showed absolutely no appreciation as a customer, this place is a joke. Wanted them to look at why stereo wasn’t working since the electrical was an issue from the start and they refused. Go somewhere else!
