Terrible customer service experience the last two times. Was told by the service technician Chad today that it would be a 45-60 minute wait for an oil change. After an hour and 45 minutes I asked the front desk if they could check on my vehicle and she said they were busy and that’s a normal time to wait. She rudely told me to go talk to the technician. Drove 120 miles to buy a part, only to find out when we delivered to the auto body shop that the wrong part was in the box! Ruined the day for a lot of people!
Terrible experience from start to now. Rude sales guy who happened to be a managers kid tried telling us we probably couldn’t afford one of them anyway, issues with the car, no follow up, ran my credit 10 diff times instead of just through Ford like we agreed and showed absolutely no appreciation as a customer, this place is a joke. Wanted them to look at why stereo wasn’t working since the electrical was an issue from the start and they refused. Go somewhere else! Amazing customer service! Broadway really took the time to help me with financing for my car. My car came with a tank full of gas (who does that?), 2 year warranty, and free coffee, soda, and popcorn during the weight. All my questions were asked during the signing process. Very happy customer.
You can bring your car here, tell them you just changed the injectors, and now it runs rough. After 5 hours of labor, they will tell you they noticed low power but they dont know whats wrong with it. Then they will give you a bill for $630. They might be able to do an oil change, but I don't want to pay their labor rates to see how long it takes for them to figure it out.
