RecommendedI went in for an oil change for my 2017 Ford Fusion on May 3rd, and the service was exceptional. My service advisor Michel was kind and courteous, as she always is when I work with her. The entirety of Broadway Automotive are “BETTER!” than others out there, and I’m happy to be a happy customer — and I will be coming back for my future vehicles.

$1200 down and worse then when I brought it in the first time. At least it started now there is a heavy order of gasoline and it almost didn't start today.
RecommendedBrought Expedition in to replace broken light fixture in rear hatch of vehicle. Car still under warranty with approximately 35,000 miles. Was originally told fixture not under warranty, but when I pressed the issue, service rep. acknowledged that it was if fact covered. Was then a little surprised/disappointed at how long it took to replace what amounted to a plug-in light fixture.
RecommendedI have purchased and serviced 4 new vehicles over the last 12 years. Always treated respectfully and professionally. I would highly recommend Broadway.
RecommendedService work is great but I will say bob at the heavy duty truck service never ever answers that phone you have to call multiple times.
