we had a Saturn Ion that was in need of repair. Brought it into their service department dropped it off the night before. they returned my phone call telling me the cost for a diagnostic and what the repair cost would be along with what it was that was needed to be fixed. We decline the repair. we explain to them we will come in and pay the diagnostic fee, once doing that we found they added charges that were not explained and the original estimate. had to bring it back into them to get this adjusted. it's not the first time... read more
