We bought a vehicle from here in 2016. We said we wanted a hitch and we were assured there was one. Upon discovering there wasn’t one, the sales guy said “well the ones on there aren’t as good quality as the ones you can get otherwise anyways.” Upon asking every time we went in for oil changes they brushed it off like it was nothing. Finally I called about it and they said sorry there is nothing we can do. To top it all off we got a warranty with the guarantee it would cover things if needed... come to find out it doesn’t.
