RecommendedI have had my vehicles serviced at Broadway (Military) for about 20 years and have always been fully satisfied. Things were fixed right on the first visit and staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I really like the extended hours and the Quick Lane for routine maintenance. No appointment needed! I purchased my last two cars there and was treated well both times!
Alonzo is GREAT! The rest leave much to be desired. They are supposed to help me. But yet I am paying $400 for a month for a car, that they tell me 'good luck' with. Will never go back. Should not have went to begin with. Can't even register my car I got not even 3 months ago.
RecommendedI brought my Explorer in for a recall and the customer service was great. I had a ride back to work and when the work was done i got a call letting me know. They scheduled a pickup for me and brought me back. They topped off all my fluids and washed it up nice for me.

RecommendedGreat customer service! Up front and honest sales team. We worked with DJ on a VW sale. The whole process went smoothly; he brought over a VW specialist to talk to me about the vehicle (Shay or Shae). She was also very helpful and friendly. The finance guy we worked with was also great. No one was pushy, and the whole thing went great.
RecommendedTony provided excellent customer care in regards to my Chevrolet Traverse. I know my issue wasn't a standard "fast lane" issue but he went above and beyond to take care of the issue with my vehicle. I have been a customer for 20 years and plan on being a life long customer!

Very nice until your warranty expires. Then they try to charge diagnostic fees even though it’s for an issue they failed to fix twice.
