I purchased a 2016 Flex in 2017 used. When my first service occurred it was recommended that I replace 2 tires that were on the vehicle when I purchased the vehicle. My question is how did it pass the safety inspection done on used cars. I had replace a tire at Broadway that had a nail in the sidewall. I questioned how I could replace just 1 tire and was assured it would be fine. This service advisor stated that on a all wheel drive my tires are too dissimilar in thread depth. NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE ANSWERS GIVEN FOR THE PROBLEM WITH MY 2017 F150 THEY ALSO WANTED TO RUN AN INJECTION CLEANER THROUGH THE ENGINE FOR A COST OF $179 WHICH IT DIDN'T NEED .
