Do not buy if you are from out of state. I live in Michigan and went to trade my car in (which was purchased from them in 2015) for a new one and my car was titled in Wisconsin, registered in Michigan and was a big mess. They assured me that it would not happen with this car and today I received paperwork from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation once again.
Stopped by unannounced in my VW Jetta. Needed a fuse changed to continue a cross country trip. The service person who helped me said absolutely we can help you. I was back on the road in 15 minutes, no charge. Fantastic customer service. Thank you so so much.
