Bristol and West Preservations did some pointing, rendering and taking bricks off to make a chimney stack lower to sort out a persistent leak on my house. It cost thousands and has recently started leaking again. I’ve emailed and phoned numerous times to ask them to advise/come back out to sort the problem but they have just failed to respond. It’s the second lot of work they have done that I have had to get replaced due to poor work. I wouldn’t dream of asking them again. Don’t waste your money on their shoddy work.

I did not even get as far as having the displeasure of either meeting them or having work done by these people. When I asked for someone to visit and price for work, the snotty woman on the phone told me it was £150 for a surveyor to come out. To which I replied I’m not paying for a quote. She said so do you work for nothing. She was sarcastic and I wouldn’t touch them with a bargepole. Having read the other reviews, I am pleased. Personally all were nice but for that much money the end result wasn’t great and even after they returned to do some fixes it’s still not what I expected.

Dismissive and rude. Rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to put his mask over his nose. Explained how the wind works at length as if I were a child, and would not stop talking. Previous person from here dismissed my health concerns and said 'there's no such thing as black mould' - my whole household is now sick. Would not recommend this company.
