I really like living at Briarwood, I've just signed a lease for another year. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.
I love this place because it is one of the best apartment that my wife and I looked at. We have visited like 20 apartment complexes and found this one to be our home. The staffs and maintenance team are very friendly and quick to listen to what you have to say. The atmosphere of this place is very quiet and pet friendly.
I lived here with my wife since August 2017, and out of all 20 apartments we visited. This is the one we find the best! It is Pet friendly and very quiet. The maintenance team are friendly and easy to get hold. The staff are very nice.
Overall I have enjoyed living here. The staff are easy to work with and they are usually very punctual when it comes to maintenance issues. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex. I just renewed my lease so I am staying here another year at the very least!
I moved here from Colorado and just resigned my second lease. I love it here! The apartments are quiet, well kept, pet friendly and the Management is top notch. I plan to live here a long tome.
I haven't experienced move-out yet, but the move-in process and renewing my lease was super smooth. Maintenance responds quickly and they do a great job of keeping up with the older complex. It's a nice distance from universities, stores, attractions, etc. without being in the middle of. Minimal noise, minimal crime, it's a great value for the price.
Great apartments that are kept well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and get back to you in a timely manner when you need their help. Will likely extend my rental period and be happy about it.
Great place to live and very pleasant staff all around. One of my favorite locations I have rented from, and will likely be continuing my stay past the current lease.
Very pet friendly and the staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are large and area is clean. i enjoy my stay here. SH
