I have lived here for almost 3 years. I really like living here, it’s close to everything I need, the grounds are kept up and look nice, snow is always dealt with quickly on the sidewalks during winter. Management is always nice and very helpful with any issues I have. Would recommend. AE

I've lived here 3 yrs the staff is friendly and helpful. the maintenance is excellent. they came same day to fix my problems and finished quickly. I have a dog and they provide trashcans and bags to clean up after him.i live in garden level and my power bill runs 50 60 average .the grounds are kept cleen.they have nice pool and several other things to do.i would recommend it to anyone .S.N
IT feels like home .I come here because my kids live here . I have all that I need and want at briarwood village. The staff are great neighbors are to. Maintenance is right there if there is a problem. The staff always ask if every thing is ok and can they help me with anything . I feel safe and am very comfortable thank you .JI

I have lived at Briarwood Village for almost three years now. It is great! I love the fast free internet. It is very close to the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market and isn’t too farfrom the mall. The maintenance staff is very prompt and the office manager is very helpful. you can also auto-pay rent so you don’t have to worry about turning in rent each month. Plus there is only one other utility payment to pay. Briarwood is very cost effective if your college student or living on your own.
Maverick is a great manager. He is very professional and very polite. The maintenance staff always know how to fix issues. I feel very safe living here. Having the free internet is great.
I have lived at briarwood village apartments for 3 years now I just renewed my lease. I love it here the management is wonderful. They keep the property neat and clean. The maintenance are very nice and professional. I highly recommend these apartments!
Beautiful apartments and the management/maintenance is very responsive. Right next to Walmart and a short drive to the rest of what Springfield has to offer.
