To cut to the chase, go anywhere else for a place to live. I lived here for 3 years, and I only stayed that long because I couldn’t afford to move. These apartments have no security, virtually no maintenance, and terrible parking. There are bikes stolen and cars broken into consistently. They do not fix anything except the outside of the buildings for curb appeal, this includes not fixing the lights in the stairwells so don’t plan on being able to see if you have to come back after dark. So I’ll be honest I lived here for 4-5 years and I never had any issues really, everything was fine but the owner of Wooten seriously is my biggest issue. My last 6 months I lived there during an inspection I had a Trump flag hung up and they required me to take it down due to it being considered “advertising” when I find that very funny when I pass by now seeing Gay Pride flags being hung up all outside…if your gonna advertise that then I can have my trump flag up…I no longer live here and again place was great just owner o... read more
I have lived at Briarwood for 2 years now, and it’s not bad at all. The internet is fast and it’s a pretty quiet area. However, the maintenance is very slow with requests and parking can be problematic but it’s not a bad place to end up.
Living here has been great, maintenence is super responsive and anything that has needed fixing has been done same day. It's also close to a lot of stores and right off Glenstone.
The location is convenient and the maintenance team responds quickly. The internet speeds are really fast and the living room is very spacious. I would recommend living here, especially for the price! They got us into an apartment really quickly, which was a nice bonus.
We have lived here for a couple of years now. We love the location because of how close it is to MSU, and we love how well the office works with us. They were very helpful during covid 19. They have always been timely with responses and work orders. We highly recommend Briarwood.
