I have lived at Briarwood for about 6 months and just resigned my lease for another year. The staff here has been very friendly and very helpful since day one. Briarwood is in a great location, with in walking distance to a Walmart market, Suntastic tanning salon, Carries sports bar, la hacienda Mexican restaurant and many other things Springfield has to offer. I have lived at Briarwood and just signed another year lease. It is a great place to live and the management team is Awesome.
I have lived at Briarwood Village since October 2016. The staff here are great. The manager Maverick is very professional, very helpful, and very friendly. If there is a maintenance problem, it is fixed very quickly. The grounds are very clean. The location is great and very quiet. I feel very safe living here.
I've only been here a month it's absolutely amazing here. Great management and neighbors. I will be living here a long time
I have a very spacious two bedroom apartment, any time i have a problem it is resolved in a timley fashion. i have just signed another years lease. Every month we have something going on , free doughnuts in the office, food drives and decorating contest.And the people that live here are amazing. all cultures and ethnic backrounds and all age groups. and the best way to meet people walk your dog and compare fur babies. Love it here!
Briarwood village apartments are real nice, a lot of space in the 1 bedrooms. Grounds always kept up and neat. Friendly people, friendly management. Great place to live
It has been effortless to live in this community. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and friendly. I am glad to continue living here for another year!
I really like the wooten properties because because the staff is always nice and friendly. The rent goes up with time but makes sense why, when houses go up is price in time as well.
