Management is good about taking care of work orders and the grounds are kept clean. I feel safe living here. I use the laundry room frequently and it is always kept clean. Walmart is very convenient to shop at right at the corner.
Lived in the complex for over a year, have nothing bad to say at all about the complex. Staff is very friendly, always helped with any issues I've had.
I've lived here since January and have had no problems at all! The apartments and grounds are nice and well-maintained, and despite being just off of a busy road, it's very quiet here. Management is very nice and helpful. Also, internet and some utilities are included in the price of rent, which makes this a really great deal.
The entity of the company holds a friendly and professional feel. All properties seem well taken care of. The reputation of the organization and apartments all have well maintained facilities. Would recommend any affiliated apartments with The Wooten Company. -JX
The staff is very friendly and professional. I have lived here for at least half a year now and have had all my questions and concerns taken care of. The apartment itself is very clean and well maintained. I enjoy the rapid speed of internet that comes with living here. Will definitely recommend these apartments. -JX
It's a really nice and cozy location to live in. The management is great. They fix any maintenance problems very quickly, I never had to wait more than 2 hours to get things fixed.
I have lived at Briarwood Village for a year now and after living here I have to say that I will continue to lease through them. The units are clean and updated along with a great location in central south Springfield. Management is always helpful with anything that you might need. Being pet friendly is a major perk along with inexpensive deposits and fees. I love it here! The management is wonderful and the prices are very affordable.
I love Briarwood Village Apartments. I have been living here since 2016 and I love it! The staff is very friendly and willing to help you in anyway possible. I just signed for another year and Im glad I did!
