Dr. Keener was wonderful! Gave me options for treatment and discussed what the future may hold with a small surgery.
The medical staff was fine and courteous. I felt as if Dr. Keener listened to me and my concerns. With that said, the check-in process, signage, waiting area, and patient flow need quite a bit of improvement.
The check in was completed in a friendly and timely manner. I just had completed the questionnaire when the nurse came out to take me back. Jasmine at check in and the nurse were outstanding. Dr. Keener was on time and very thorough in our discussion concerning my issue. Great experience.
Dr. Keener was clear and concise. He explained my condition, gave several options for treatment, and helped me make the best decision that was in my best interest.
He explained the MRI findings to me. He answered all my questions.
Highly professional and enjoyable and trustworthy
Dr. Keener seams like a good doctor. But I felt like I was rushed out of my appointment. I know he was running behind. I would of asked more questions. So, I had to think quickly about what I wanted to do. I hope I made the right decision.
From the front desk at the entrance of the building to the check-in staff, to the nursing staff, to the doctor, and check out….. everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. The staff worked to have my son seen that day even though we had over an hour drive. We were in and out of the visit so promptly. I would highly recommend going here.
