Arrived early and actually taken right away. Nurses very pleasant and efficient. Doctor on time. Discussed problem. Offered treatment and what to expect. Proceeded with cortisone shot. Was informed about odds of success and other options if no improvement. I went on line and was able to read notes from my visit. Maybe it’s my internet connection or printer but was not able to print out the notes. Am requesting that the info be sent to me.
Dr. Keener did a great job (again) with my hand surgery. He was polite and professional and I had minimal post-surgery pain.
Went to see Dr. Keener for my Trigger finger, he explained everything & was on time for the appointment & gave me injection in a good timely manner & explained, surgery & that You can only get 2 injections for trigger finger
He had great eye contact and explained everything to me. You could tell he cared about the situation and how to fix it.
I saw Dr. Keener for a surgical follow up. He thoroughly explained what he found during surgery. He even took the time to evaluate a new issue. I am retired from the medical field and have certain expectations. Dr. Keener has met or exceeded them all.
It was pleasant, staff was friendly .the doctor was nice and explained everything to me
This was my third surgery with Dr. Keener. Always pleased with the care and concern shown to me, as a patient.
Very pleasant, if ever needing a surgeon for broken bones, he is the one. Bedside manners are very important when selecting a good surgeon!!
