I once again described my symptoms. Dr. Keener then asked questions that I found confusing. His diagnosis following x-rays this time was unclear and seemed to contradict his diagnosis in the first visit. In that first visit he said that the treatment he administered then might be necessary a second time, but in the second visit he said he didn't think a second such treatment would be beneficial; however, he would do it if I wanted him to. I didn't really get a positive personal connection with Dr. Keener. He did his job, fast, I felt rushed to ask questions. At times I felt he wasn't taking the time to listen. I prefer a warmer, caring demeanor who makes sure you fully understand everything without overly rushing. I know they trying to help a lot of people, but this is my take-a-way feeling.
Doctor and his assistant were number 10. Possibly short of help in the appointment area. Email would be helpful, works well on the LGH/Penn Medicine Portal
No long wait, well organized visit, not rushed. Also had very good previous recommendations
Dr Keener was thorough in his explanation of the issue I was having with my elbow. He identified my issue within minutes and then took the time to go over all the treatments available and what ones he recommended, with it solely being my option. He was right on time; I didn't even have a chance to fill out all my paperwork before I was sitting in front of him. Very professional. I would definitely recommend Dr Keener.
Dr. Keener Was very knowledgeable about treating my problem. Gave pertinent information re: my condition & treatment options.

Dr. Keener is very personable, professional, excellent explanations, and he gives you time. He also gives you his full attention and he is hands-on.
