Dr. Keener was very informative in his presentation! I was very satisfied and will work with him in the future.
He kept me waiting for about 15 minutes without an apology. He also talked over me and I never felt like he was listening. He seems to have strong opinions about the course of action. Somewhat arrogant.
Dr, Keener explained everything thoroughly. He treated me with respect and seemed to have previewed my health information.
Dr. Keener took the time to explain what the issues were with my wrist. He gave me a clear picture of my options. Very pleased with his staff as well.

I saw Dr Keener for carpal tunnel of both hands. He explained my EMG/NC test and examined my hands. Explained treatment plan very well so I understood the plan. I will be having Dr Keener do my surgery. I would recommend Dr Keener to anyone.
He was Patient, friendly and listened to what I had to say. Then he explained what my treatment options were.
