He was very efficient, polite, interested in what I had to say. He explained everything to me in words I could understand.
He gave me a shot in the hand and it hardly hurt. Usually it was very painful.
Wonderful appointment starting with the very friendly front desk person, efficient and caring nurses and techs. Dr. Keener takes the time to listen. Very reasurring.
Dr Keener listened to what I had to say and then we figured out a gameplan for my carpal tunnel.
Having pain in left thumb, they put brace on it and if not better go back to see him.
He was very thorough and explained about my trigger thumb and gave me a shot of cortisone
I had almost zero wait time before being seen by physicians. Everyone was incredibly helpful. Direct conversation with clear next steps and what recovery time would look like.
