When I came to my appt I thought a bone chip was causing my issues. Dr Keener quickly explained everything to me in a way I understood and was comfortable with what we were planning on doing for treatment. Urgent care gives there best guesses but always better to get an in-depth understanding
How organized the office was and the excellent staff.
Dr. Keener is very knowledgeable of the range of treatment options and explains them clearly and patiently. He worked with me to decide on the treatment plan that worked best for me. Once I decided on hand surgery, he let me know exactly what to expect and the surgery produced very positive results. I recommend Dr. Keener very strongly to any dealing with hand issues.
Dr. Keener was prompt and very knowledgeable about my particular issue. He offered various possible solutions to fix the problem and also a professional opinion of the expected results of each recommendation. I chose the option that best fitted my needs at this time and we are pursuing that option.
He was very friendly and understanding.
