1. I was highly impressed with Dr. Keener’s assessment of my injuries. 2. He was very thorough, making sure my diagnosis fit my symptoms, and discussing possible treatments and what to expect from them, as well as side effects. I had originally been planning on getting surgery, but based on my discussion with him I realized there were other treatment options to pursue first, which will save me a lot of time and money.
I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Keener took my pain and issue seriously even though it is highly uncommon for people my age. The entire experience was extremely comfortable and knowledgeable. He even went as far as to order more tests and referrals to help figure out the root of my issue. Very refreshing to have a doctor not diminish my issues!
Dr. Keener sets a high bar for a professional who pays significant attention to details with his patients. He spends as much time as necessary to meet their needs, answering questions and explaining what is and will happen. He rates 5 plus stars. And his staff is fabulous.
Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr Keener for some time now and we both agree he’s the best doctor we’ve ever had for treating hand conditions.
