Dr. Keener was very professional and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with him, my follow up appt went well. I would recommend him to anyone with carpal tunnel syndrome. I am thankful he was able to get me in surgery so soon! Pain is intermittent and the burning in my hands have decreased. Thank you Dr. Keener!
Dr Keener was thorough, direct, gave me options on continuing care for dislocated thumb. He answered my questions & was given respect & in a professional manner.
Dr. Keener performed by left thumb surgery after I dealt with serious pain for over 2 years. I now have No pain at all. It has healed nicely and I have full use and just need to strengthen it.
The provider was very respectful, knowledgeable, and had a great personality.
Dr. Keener reviewed my concerns, and presented me with three treatment options. I chose one, a local injection, and the results have been excellent. It seems to me that Dr. Keener could be practicing his craft in a much larger market but we're lucky he has chosen the Lancaster area. Fine young doctor!!
Every aspect of my visit was great. The gentleman at the front desk even apologized for asking me questions. The nurse and doctor were fabulous, friendly, and informative. The lady at the desk as I checked out was also wonderful. The whole staff made the visit a pleasure.
