I made an appointment with Dr Keener after being unhappy with the treatment I had received from another practice. Dr. Keener thoroughly explained my issue and all treatment options, and gave me the treatment option I chose. I will definitely be back if I need additional treatment.
Dr Keener was very nice and explained what was wrong with my hand throughly.
Dr. Keener was very thorough and he made sure I fully understood my instructions before I left. He gave me options and allowed me to make an informed decision. I do recommend Dr. Keener.
Dr. Keener was wonderful! Gave me options for treatment and discussed what the future may hold with a small surgery.
The medical staff was fine and courteous. I felt as if Dr. Keener listened to me and my concerns. With that said, the check-in process, signage, waiting area, and patient flow need quite a bit of improvement.
The check in was completed in a friendly and timely manner. I just had completed the questionnaire when the nurse came out to take me back. Jasmine at check in and the nurse were outstanding. Dr. Keener was on time and very thorough in our discussion concerning my issue. Great experience.
Dr. Keener was clear and concise. He explained my condition, gave several options for treatment, and helped me make the best decision that was in my best interest.
He explained the MRI findings to me. He answered all my questions.
