I don’t recommend Brenn’s steakhouse at all!!!! Extremely unprofessional And rude!!! I came in with my service dog host said it was no problem was seated, place my order. Sitting there when he comes back and says my manager says the dog is not allowed. The spineless which should’ve come out and told me herself. Number one her refusing a service dog is illegal, number two once you allow somebody in seat them and place an order you don’t come back and tell them they have to leave. worst service all around I have EVER HAD,From Start to finish. .Branns has always been one of my favorite restaurants, I will NEVER go to the 28th Street site again!! Food was average also. I will go to the leonard street site where we have always had great service and great food too.I am in this business and this is the worst customer service and food quality i have ever had. We went to use our gift card and noticed our slip said we had 21.03 on our gift card left when we went to use it again there was $7.00 missing exactly some waitress gave herself a $7.00 tip and we gave her a cash tip ....this is the second time this happen if employees are stealing from customers this is not a place for our business..today when we went several people walked out for lack of service .....our meat didn't taste right ...when do you serve brochili with the plastic still on it .... RecommendedMy friend and I recently had lunch here with our kids after a morning at the children’s museum. What a great experience with amazing staff! It started with the manager taking my two year olds hand and walking her all the way to our table.
