The security was kind .The people at the front desk helped us and were very nice .However there was a young janitor lady who her uniformed tied to fit tight to her body and the scrubs were very tight she was walking around talking to patients and even made fun of a man who was in the waiting area .We received a blanket while in the waiting area that had tape whichs makes me think that the sheet was not clean .
The emergency room staff is great nice and courteous once I was admitted into the hospital on the second floor my first nurse was Elsa my second nurse was Tammy and they were both awesome I was greeted by the lead nurse on each shift and they were great doctors not so informative I got most of all of my information from my nurses I got discharged from the hospital all in all my experience at Brandon Regional was great
Cardiac unit was phenomenal with my husband. We've had issues in the past with BRH but they definitely went above and beyond our expectations with this ordeal. Dr Misiri is AMAZING 😉
They were rude... I felt like I was talked down to. They poorly bandaged a cut, not once but twice..and the second time was supposed to "fix" the mistake. The nursing assistants were laughing and goofing off. Just hated it.
Horrible horrible horrible!!! Been here with mom for 5 hours for five stitches and an MRI that they couldn't read!
The labor and delivery nurses was great and the ones in mother baby thank you lady's and the food was great
I found it hard to believe you have a maternity hospital and a women gives birth to a 5 lb 4 oz baby and the only diapers you have to offer the baby is a size 1. I asked if you had premie or newborn diapers in the NICU and the response was yes, but not on the maternity floor. Are you kidding me? Nobody could could go to NICU to pick up an appropriate size diapers. My son-n-law had to go buy the right size for his daughter to wear during her hospital stay. I'm here with my newborn daughter and having a great experience thus far. The nursing staff has been wonderful, the baby suite is large and perfect for us all to feel comfortable. I delivered at St. Joseph's and Tampa General with my other 2 children, and while also great hospitals, I'm finding my experience here to be the best yet!
