The staff is rude, not professional and have horrible bed side manners.
Had the best care and staff someone could ask for the team on the 5th floor took such great care of me going above and beyond for me even let me pick my nurses and Dave the manager ran all over the hospital to find me apply juice and I didn't ask he just knew I loved drinking my apply juice and they had ran out on my floor and when my girls came to visit they treated them as they was their own kids and got them snacks and made them feel comfortable big Ty to the whole 5th floor staff
Besides the fact that the pre op nurse that did my daughter's iv yesterday used to much pain ease and Gabe her frostbite on her arm then couldn't tell me what was in it just idk what is in it... Really nice
I am new to the area and my daughter punctured her arm with scissors while breaking down boxes. We are not newbies to the ER process so I was reserved to settling in for a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in less than 1 hour. I was also provided with other helpful information for local doctors who specialize in my daughter's disease. The hospital was very clean and the employees were friendly.
Grandson had surgery and stayed over night. All the nurses in PICU were awesome.
I LOVED IT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND STAFF WAS FRIENDLY.. READY TO GIVE BIRTH IN SEPTEMBER THERE ....�������������
Dr Martinez,your are great.I forgot her name but the nurse was taking care of me was also wonderful,hard working lady.Person who take care of bills ,Norma Torres ,very polite and caring.Thank you. Nurcihan Rodriguez
We had a very positive experience at the ER. Waited less than 5 minutes to be taken back, everything went smoothly and the personnel were very friendly and competent.
