I came in yesterday morning for surgery and admission. So far my experience has been, as someone else posted, a five-star hotel experience. The people here cannot do enough to make me comfortable. My Dr. Is awesome and everyone else has gone above the br or excellence.
I was treated well by all the staff - from the doctors/surgeons all the way to the Housekeeping staff. Everyone was kind and did their best to answer any request and see that I was comfortable.
5 stars to the radiology team they are amazing and very caring, my nurse was nice but got busy with other patients at the end she said she would be back and never came back I ended up getting discharged and things they said they were going to do were never completed within that 8hr time frame. Luckily I have my dr appt this week to really see what's going on. I just wish they wouldn't have lost my urine sample and I wish they cared a bit more and actually do their jobs and telling me the cause of my pain. You are just anothe... read more
I have an awesome experience with BRH! I was checked in fast and easy. Staff was very professional. I was in and out in 2-3 hours. I am scary and the staff made me feel much better about things! Thanks for everything !!!!😍
My sister was brought here when she fell and broke her ankle... she was in a lot of pain... everyone here has been wonderful, very caring and professional. We are from out of town and she was previously treated at Bayonet point hospital which means all her records are hear! Such a fantastic staff from ER to surgery to her room! Thank you so much!
The pediatric emergency care team has been amazing to me and my children always caring and knowledgeable staff and the doctors I highly recommend �
I had awesome experience as far as being treated. The nursing staff on the 4th floor A tower were awesome... believe it or not these guys are like angels with paychecks they treated me with a lot of respect they often visit my room they called me and they showed so much professionalism it was outstanding if I ever get sick again I will request the 4th floor for sure overall the entire Personnel from the emergency all the way to the back they were great I was in and out 3 days and when I left I felt way much better than when ... read more
