My sister is in ICU because of these idiots! Don't recommend this place!
Went in for my pre-op yesterday. Had to wait a little bit for the registration part because there were a lot of people. But that's to be expected. Everyone was nice and the process was smooth. I was having some trouble with some insurance authorizations and they were able to help me out and get it taken care of. Procedure scheduled for next week. So more to come.
I hope and pray that I don't have to use this hospital again. They just seem to not be able to get their stuff together!!!
I gave birth here and absolutely left an angry woman. They kept pushing the meal with the lobster and steak for my husband and me and forgot to turn in the order. I gave birth the day before mind you. She told me I could order from the cafeteria but that's going to take at least 45 minutes. Then I wanted to circumcise my son in the hospital which insurance would have fully covered and told me not to feed him. So I withheld feeding him and guess what it never happened.
My boyfriend went there with a very very bad hernia issue and they refused him treatment because he didn't have insurance. Thank God, 2 yrs later St. Joseph's took him and did a lot more financially for him as well..You suck Brandon hospital..what happened to the oath???? Money is their oath now.
I absolutely despise this hospital. Never get my mothers home meds right and it's like pulling teeth to have tests done.
