It was horrible I got there with horrible pain almost 6 hrs waiting but the time I go in no IV fluids they don't ask you if you need drink or how hydrated are you , I work in this field and let me tell you the first thing we do o our hospital is hydrated ppl , ultrasound lady and Dr Martinez were nice but other than that 💩💩💩💩💩ohh the best part was the register lady on the front sticking her running nose in w her finger and later she touch the iPad u need to sign in
Years ago I had several horrible experiences in this hospital that had left me weary of returning but when my baby got sick this morning I took him in and was very surprised. It was cleaner, the staff was nicer, the wait time was non existent, and he was promptly treated by a very nice doctor. Maybe this is a flick visit or maybe Brandon Hospital had improved regardless, based on this visit I would return should the need arise.
I must admit that I although I want not feeling well at all. The staff at Brandon Regional ER took good care of me. They were amazing and I was out of there within 3-3 1/2 hours. Not that's what I call service.
