I was bit by a Brown Recluse Spider and it formed into a blood infection...Everyone on my floor taking care of me did an excellent job,they were very friendly and knowledgeable,they were very prompt and made my 3 day stay as easy as it could be...I'm away from home and im glad i chose Brandon Regional Hospital to get my much needed treatment...Also the staff in the ER were also very good at there jobs and they have my respect and gratitude.
Terrible place. Will update shortly after we deal with our EMERGENCY that we’ve been waiting hours with a bleeding patient with head and chest pains.

In ER now for breathing problem.PROMOTE on billboard and/or website...10 MINUTE ER WAIT. Called me up to triage UNDER 10 minutes. In an er room in 1/2 hour. BUSINESS PERSONNEL THERE FOR MONEY IN LESS THAN AN HOUR, 4 HOURS LATER NO CARE...NO DIFFERENT THAN 35 YEARS AGO WHEN I MOVED TO BRANDON. BEEN TO SOUTHBAY IN SUN CITY-EXCELLENT!,ST JOE IN APOLLO BEACH-VERY GOOD,TGH-EXCELLENT. Brandon...NOT SO MUCH!
Worse hospital ever!!! Never ever go there!!! Er is horrible specially with kids. I left from there 2 years ago no one would attend to my kid rude nasty nurses went all children's hospital
Emergency room visit for the flu. $4500.00 . Called and tried to ask reasonable questions as to why 30 min doctor visit is charged at 4500.00 got no explanation. Would you visit this hospital er knowing this?
Women's Center Tower C Floor 2 The following nurses on that floor - Kristen, Needra,Tameka,Belinda and Shiny - also The charge nurse Melissa who never seems to go home and Jackie who was not MY nurse but still stood out and was there to help-- are some of the most wonderful women and nurses ever. Thank you so much for all you do. I actually felt like you cared and enjoyed taking care of others, not just an obligation and that really helped my time in the hospital ..
