The ER took over 5 hours to get me into a room. And the doctor was polite but she seemed annoyed at the fact that I was there. As I explained my symptoms she looked at me as if I were lying until she read the results of my Ultrasounds. The person that drew my blood failed to get it twice and left a bruise and blew up my vein. It was the worst......
From the moment I walked in the ER I was treated wonderfully. The ER was very helpful and when the nurse was backed up she made sure someone was there to assist. Unfortunately I was admitted this time and I have to say the nurses and care takers looking after me were as equally wonderful. They really made me feel comfortable and at home. Thank you!!
Granddaughter needed stitches and ER staff was great in taking care of her. The total time spent from arrival to departure was one hour. Would recommend this hospital .
Never had an issue,Dr's in Pediatric ER are awesome,specially Dr Ryan,she's the best!!!!

HORRIBLE experience at Brandon Regional hospital. My husband and I had the same experience April 2016. After 8 hours with no service and an IV hanging out of my husband arm we left. Never saw a doctor, but they managed to take my co pay and stick a IV in my husbands arm. People literally sitting in the ER with needles hanging out of their arm. I will NEVER EVER go to Brandon Regional hospital again. The WORST EMERGENCY ROOM IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
Came in to have a procedure done (tubal ligation). I was checked in quickly and easily and seen on time. The nurses were very nice and considerate. I met with the doctor, anesthesiologist, and nurses for the procedure very quickly and was given the chance to ask any questions I might have. They answered my questions fully and to my satisfaction.
