We had a great experience at Brandis Bridal in New Glarus, WI. Both times we were there! Ask for Lynn because her customer service skills are outstanding! She assisted with more than a few dress choices the group had for the bride. Day two we were lucky to have Lynn and we felt so comfortable with her. She is a very good listener and knows her stock. Purchased my dress and veil from here and they were gorgeous! There were soooo many beautiful dresses to pick from! I had a vision of a modern take on a ball gown and they completely understood what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. I worked with Mary and she was awesome!! She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and outgoing. Nicholas, the fashion coordinator was great at checking up on us, asking me exactly what I did or didn't like about the dresses, giving me suggestions and helping accessorize! Also any concerns I had he had a solution for and that made me feel a lot better about such a big purchase. Could not say enough about how accommodating Karley was! We had 5 bridesmaids looking for different dresses and she handled everyone with attentiveness and was extremely personable. Great experience for all!
Brandi's bridal is huge. I know you will find a dress. I can't recall the girls name who helped me but she was very friendly. I called ahead of time to have a certain dress waiting for me in the room. (This was the dress to beat) I live in the Milwaukee area and although this dress was 200 dollars cheaper at Brandi's I decided to buy it from buccis closer to home.
