Despite a most unfortunate circumstance of Alfred Angelo going bankrupt, Brandi's was very supportive in the situation. A team of three staff members, which were very professional and supportive in helping me towards the big day (Nicholas, Amy and Clare) were right there to my aid. They assured clear communication when providing news and were able to provide a dress very similar to the one I was interested in. Brandi's Bridal Galleria was an awesome experience. Abbey helped us make this journey unforgettable and my daughter truly enjoyed working with her. We never felt pressured, hurried and felt like everyone there cared about making our appointment wonderful. The champagne at the end was a nice added touch and would recommend them to anyone. Great job everyone!
It's really hit or miss on how you are treated when you go in. Some of the staff is outstanding, while others are almost rude. Someone really needs to teach some of the younger girls there a little something about customer service.
My experience at Brandi's was amazing. I was previously married and really nervous about purchasing my second wedding dress. Would it make me feel as special? I can tell you that Bridget put my mind completely at ease! I tried on 15 different dresses and once it was down to three I put them all on again a few time. One of the dresses even needed a little extra something and Bridget found the PERFECT belt. It was wonderful getting to walk the runway and see my dress from all angles. If I could give it less then a star I would do so for there lack of compassion. Considering they deal with people who are suppose to be having the best day of there life. Back in November I was about 2 1/2 months pregnant. I ordered my dress and came earlier then expexted, that was great. It was ready for pick up in March. That would make me about 6 months pregnant. They asked if I wanted to try it on to make sure it fit. Then we all laughed when I stepped back and saw belly....Continue Reading
