We had absolutly no help with the bridesmaid dress. Not one associate ever asked if we needed help or even came over to ask if we were finding everything alright. All the associates seemed to have better things to do then to pay attention to their customers. And they told the bride they would have time to do alterations. They called the bride today telling her they got too busy and will no longer be able to do her alterations! Now with 2 moths till the wedding she has to find someone else to do them. With the brides wedding date very quickly approaching, she would need to start her alterations next week, per our sales/alterations policies that we have gone over with her. I seriosuly had the best experience here ever! I brought all 7 bridesmaids and both my mother and my mother in law and you guys went above and beyound to make things perfect and accommodate us. I seriosuly have no words to describe how great Brandi's is!!! I recommend it to EVERY bride to be! Thanks for being the best to work with throughout my wedding planning!
Worth the drive!! I live 2 hours away so every time I would need to go for a fitting I would spend at least 4 hours in the car and it was worth every minute! The staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Finding my dress was a fun and joyful experience not to mention they had hundreds of dresses. The alterations staff are amazing as well and my dress was perfect! Guests are still talking about the dress! I have to give a shout out to Janis who was in the store for all my appointments.
