I had a great experience with my consultant, Emma, in finding my wedding dress. She really listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted and felt comfortable and confident in. She was a pleasure to work with and I'm so glad I had her to help me through the process and find my dress! The store itself and the selection was wonderful. Very spacious and nicely organized.
My wedding gown was destroyed by their alterations person. I had to wear a dress already in my close on my wedding day. The worst part was that Brandi just walked away when they handed me the bill for $279 for the alterations that ruined my dress. I paid it that day because I didn't want to make a scene in front of the sweet women who work there. I have sent Brandi 2 emails which she so far has ignored. I have before and after pictures of what the alterations person did to my dress. Very sad. I always supported her business ... read more
A truly wonderful experience each & every time I visited. Gorgeous venue
My Mom heard about the bridal sale at Brandi's so we went to check it out. Statia helped me and she was so sweet! She knew I was looking for a steal of a dress, but still took her time, listened to what I wanted, help pull dresses and was very patient. I took the dress home that day, it was a score! The whole experience was awesome. Thank you Brandi's and Statia!

The stylists at Brandi's are awesome! They are very good at what they do! Everyone is so nice and help make a very big decision easy! You are greeted from the moment you walk in the door! They have a huge selection of both Bridal and Bridesmaids dresses!! I would recommend every bride and bridal party to go to Brandi's!
Had a great experience yesterday! The store is Beautiful and very welcoming. We were greeted the second we walked in the door and given a tour. So many beautiful dresses to chose from in all price ranges. All of the employess were very friendly. Danielle helped me, she was awesome! She was very knowledgeable. The girls even brought me over bridesmaids dresses and held them next to me with my finished look which gave me a great visual of the "big day" which really helped me make my decision. Staff was very friendly and helpful when picking out our bridesmaids dresses! Told the consultant Molly what I liked and she found exactly what I was looking for! Also was impressed with the HUGE selection of dresses!
