I had an absolute amazing experience. Gabi helped me find my dream dress (even when I didn't realize it was what I wanted). Brandi and her mom were so sweet and gave me the best advice! I visited other bridal stores after my visit to Brandi's, however my dress & the experience I had brought me back there for my final purchase!

I had an amazing experience trying on dresses with Aleesha today! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and she made everything so comfortable and fun! Brandi's really lived up to what I expected dress shopping to be. I had an amazing time and found the perfect dress!
Getting my bridal gown there was an ok experience. I didn't have any problems. My bridesmaids on the other hand have been treated like absolute crap. You guys wrote down all her measurements then ordered the wrong size and told her it was HER fault you ordered the wrong size and that she gained weight/inches! She has not gained ANY weight. It is just plain inconsiderate and rude! 3 of my bridesmaids have come to get their dresses so far and 2 have had problems! And you blame them! My experience with Brandi's Bridal has been phenomenal! I have purchased my wedding dress through them and could not be more impressed with the customer service they provided me with. Because of that initial experience, it has led my maid of honor to buying her dress through them, AND my fiance and dad purchasing suits through their new purchase program. I could not have imagined a better dress buying experience. I didn't just to go to a bridal shop and pick out a dress, but I wanted to have a special dress buying experience...
